Farm to Table Bistro

Beautiful restaurant, great service, nice parking but the food is very hit or miss. Some menu items is great while others were lackluster. Nice restaurant but it was empty. Prices are a little high but not bad. Will try again soon.

Fresh, delicious meal, everything was perfectly cooked and wine was divine. The place feels warm and cozy and the service was wonderful.

This place was everything I hoped it would be. The short rib was so tender it melted in your mouth like ice cream and the salmon was cooked to perfection with an amazing crust on the outside and tender inside. Nothing was overseasoned and it was was just devinely delicious

My wife and I live down in Queens and we're up visiting my sister who lives in poughkeepsie. We were going to the Hudson Valley Renegades game and needed a place to eat beforehand. We just happened to stumble upon Farm to Table Bistro and haven't been able to stop talking about it since. If this restaurant was in our neighborhood we would be eating there once a week at least. Everything about it was perfect the food was incredible the service was friendly and inviting and though we didn't have drinks the cocktails looked amazing. I had Arctic char which is a fish I've only eaten when in Iceland prior to this (which is where they get it from) and it was just as good as when I ate it there. I don't have enough good things to say about this place and I find myself looking for reasons to head back up in that direction to stop in again. Wish there were another one right by me!

Food portions are perfectly sized—not too small, yet not so large that you need to worry about waste or packing leftovers. The complimentary bread and butter served before the meal was a delightful start; the butter was slightly sweetened and incredibly addictive, leaving us wishing for a second basket.

We started with the meatballs as appetizers, followed by the Rosemary baseball steak from the dinner specials and the Signature Beer Braised Short ribs as mains. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium, boasting a mouthwatering smoky flavor. Meanwhile, the braised short rib offered a well-balanced, slightly sweet flavor profile.

While my partner found the food to be amazing, I personally felt they were good but not exceptional. For my taste, the dishes could have used a touch more seasoning. Nonetheless, the overall dining experience, including the atmosphere, service, and diverse menu, makes this restaurant a solid choice for both casual and special occasions. Highly recommended!
