I very strongly recommend Fave Realty in Baldwin. I assisted my mother in the recent sale of her home and Fave was exceptional in facilitating the transaction. I walked into their office not knowing anyone and had a conversation with Associate Broker Andrew. I wanted assurance that they had the technology, marketing, resources, and any other tools necessary to produce a sale within a reasonable time. Andrew assured me they would very capably handle all aspects of the sale, and indeed, they FULLY delivered. Fave is a complete one-stop shop and Andrew was phenomenal!! The day after my office visit, Andrew went to my mom’s home and talked through the sales process with her, explaining everything in a clear and straightforward manner. Upon signing on, he immediately set up open house showings within days. We also needed resources and he put us in touch with a great lawyer, a skilled landscaper, and even a handyman that was needed on very short notice. He came up with a wise pricing strategy that worked and attracted many prospective buyers. Within 3 weeks we had a bunch of solid offers and the property ultimately sold above asking price. Do yourself a favor and work with this highly skilled realty office, they will not disappoint and I have nothing but praise for them!
