Exceptional Service:
I hired Johnson Elite Real Estate Group to list my New York house in January of 2025. Within a week I got an offer that was more than the listing price. The offer was accepted. The Broker (David) was very accommodating since I lived out of state. He make sure that all unwanted furniture were taken out of the house and necessary repairs and painting were done. He even got someone who shoveled the snow and cleaned the yard during the process.
He communicated well with me and informed me of updates during the process.
There were some delayed with the title company but David also got me a very good real estate attorney who was also competent and efficient so everything was handled professionally.
The house was sold in a timely manner and the transition was smooth.
