My family and I have worked with Eddie from Figs Realty for the purchase and sale of about ten houses at this point. Eddie is a kind and very caring realtor who does not forget about you once the sale is complete. That said, if you need a recommendation for housework of any kind, do NOT use anyone he recommends. His recommendation for construction was a nightmare—I’m STILL waiting for Harry, Eddie’s associate for other real estate ventures, to finish and correct my kitchen—a YEAR later. The painter, Victor, is expensive and sloppy. So, Eddie is great, but don’t take him up on any of his outside recommendations—I promise you will regret it.
But as for his skill as a realtor, I’ve worked with several others over the years and Eddie is, by far, the most patient that I’ve ever worked with. I could not recommend him highly enough!
Eddie made the process of selling my moms house smooth and seamless. It was a very stressful and emotional time, and he helped make it much easier for all of us. We highly recommend him!!!
