Best body work ever!! I'm older and have lived in NYC for decades. I've had lots of massages and body work/cranial ranging from sublime to not great. Lauren is so gifted. Her hands and her healing space are literally the best I've had. What a treasure to find up here!

I had a very relaxing and refreshing time with Lauren! She communicated quickly with me before the appointment when I had questions about the location. When I got there she was very welcoming and during the massage liked her techniques, I could tell how much experience she has. I will absolutely be returning and I highly recommend! P.S. the office is located in the blue Berkshire Hathaway building, entrance is the side door, up on the 3rd floor.
Since I have a job where I stand all day, I was in deep need of help with my feet and knees. The cupping work Lauren did was just the ticket. She immediately put me at ease and seemed to know exactly what I needed. She also did some work on my face that was so rejuvenating it seemed to relax all those pesky worry lines.
I recommend cupping to anyone who hasn't tried it or who has but felt it painful. Lauren has an intuitive touch and all along the way is concerned about comfort levels.
