    Rhonda is the best personal trainer I ever had. She is incredibly talented, supportive, friendly, funny and does magic with your body! At the end of the session, you realize that you worked your all body, that you just did things you never imagined you could do and still, the feeling is that you were just spending an hour with an amazing friend!
    Only one down side... after exercising with Rhonda you can’t imagine exercising with anyone else!
    She is the best!!!

    I have been going to Rhonda's classes for many years now and am enjoying them as much as I did when I first started. Rhonda is a kind, encouraging personal trainer who pushes you to do your best while making sure you are working out in a safe and fun environment. She's a true inspiration for those who want to be fit and healthy.

    Rhonda is an incredibly talented personal trainer. Working out with her is an amazing experience. You start the session feeling tired and lethargic, and you finish feeling good about yourself, energized, and ready to take on the world. She can work with anybody at any level - don't hesitate - call her!! She has a very loyal following for a reason - she's the best!

    I have been attending Rhonda' small group classes for years and she truly makes exercising fun. She provides a rigorous workout but also encourages you to do what you can. Rhonda is warm, supportive, and interesting (she offers fitness and nutrition tips both during classes and via emails). I can't say enough good things about Rhonda as a human being and as a fitness instructor. I know many people who have her as a personal trainer and they swear by her. She is a gift!!

    Rhonda is an exceptional trainer, always encouraging me to do my best in the most caring possible way. I feel so fortunate to be able to work out with her privately at her lovely studio and also attend her group class. She has inspired me to stretch (in both senses of the word!) and as a result I feel stronger and more flexible than ever before. I recommend Rhonda wholeheartedly!
