Matt from Freeman’s was SO helpful when we were stranded on the highway with a young kiddo and dog. He changed our tire with our temporary spare, helped us determine what tire size to ask for, and gave us a recommendation on where to get a full replacement. Thank you Matt! You made the experience much less stressful and helped us out of a challenging situation. Highly recommend this company!
Unfortunately our car was roadside twice in a month. Both times we used AAA, and both times we were assigned this company to tow us. Mike towed us and he was phenomenal to say the least! He was prompt, informative, and professional. So thankful that this stressful situation was made a little easier with Mike's help.
I had gotten into an accident in the middle of an intersection and thankfully, one of their two truck drivers was right there. He had gotten out, made sure the other person and I were okay, and began directing traffic around us. After the fact, I needed to get my totaled car released from their lot, and they made it quick and easy. Despite it being a car accident, I could not have asked for a better experience from Freeman’s Auto!
