From the moment I walked in the door and checked in with reception I was treated like I mattered, which unfortunately is not always the case in other places. Reception, the nurse and Dr. Knauer have once again proven that we patients are human and treat us with absolute respect and kindness. Dr. Knauer explained the test results with me and explained, in detail, the results of my CT Scan. I would highly recommend Dr. Knauer to my friends and family.

The specialty doctors that my husband uses have been wonderful! However, I'm giving 3 stars due to being unable to make follow up appointments. He saw the pulmonologist in June. It's supposed to be a 6 month follow up and there's only a template up until September?? WTH

Unfortunately, Thursday evening, I had to make use of the services provided by the emergency department. I am so impressed. The doctors, nurses, x-ray techs, and other personnel were wonderful. All were professional, kind, patient and knowledgeable. They explained everything that they were doing to help me. Thank you to all.

First time here. Doctors and nurses seem nice. My wife had surgery, and I was never notified about her progress. When I finally asked she was already heading to her room.Very upsetting. 5 hours after I was told about 2 hours, and nobody said a word. Shame on them. Update...that night after giving them my wife's medication list, they are still messing up her medications. Even this morning.
