Dr. Hart and his wonderful team took amazing care of my dog. She is young and active and thanks to Dr. Hart she is making amazing strides (literally and figuratively) with her recovery. Everyone at the hospital has been so kind and understanding and were very responsive and patient during the recovery process. We feel very fortunate that our beloved girl has access to such amazing care. Everyone was wonderful. We are grateful for your skill and compassion. Thank you!!!!

I am very grateful for Guardian Veterinary Specialists’ surgical team of Dr Hart and Dr Paterno. I rescued a beautiful dog, a Great Dane named Ragnar last winter. Animal control caught him as a stray with frost bite on all feet. He came to me for healing and training. He was so nice we decided to keep him. Last summer he started having a persistent recurrent infection in one of the previously frostbitten toes.

Dr Hart did surgery. Ragnar had a long and complicated recovery in which Dr Paterno saw him every day for a couple of weeks for bandage changes and health checks. He got his stitches out a week ago.

I will always highly recommend veterinarians who are as invested in my dogs’ health as I am. I am very impressed with the care and the outcome for Ragnar.

Everyone was very attentive, kind and supportive. The wait time wasn't too bad, and the doctor explained my dog's situation thoroughly and answered all of my questions. He was patient and it shows that he truly cared about my dog's condition. Dr. James Moyer and the front desk receptionist answered my questions and did not care how many I had. Very supportive and kind. The doctor did not rush when he came to speak to me about my dog's situation. He worked fast and attentively. I felt comfortable leaving my dog in their hands.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Berg and the team at Guardian. They’re professional, knowledgeable, and seem to truly like animals and want what’s best for them. Not only was Dr. Berg responsible for diagnosing one of my dogs with a rare disease and saving his life years ago, but now he’s given my current older dog a greatly improved quality of life and hope for his future. I will always trust Guardian with my dogs and feel so fortunate to have access to this incredible team.

After my young pekingese suddendly experienced back leg weakness, our local vet referred us to Guardian for a Neurologist consultation.
We had never been to a pet specialist/hospital, and had no idea what to expect.
Not only were we met and cared for by the most compassionate team (start to finish), we felt absolute confidence in Dr. Gibson and her assistant.
The thorough exam, explanation and communication gave us peace of mind that we were in the right place.
