My doctor told me to order the graphite, metal inserts. I thought they were expensive, but they came quickly and seemed to be just what the doctor ordered. I wear a size 6 1/2 shoe and I’m glad I sized down to a five. I suggest you measure your shoe before ordering. The size 5 is perfect for a 6 1/2 shoe.

This web store has great products and good information about foot issues. My main difficulty with them is the slow product delivery times. I’ve ordered Pedag Sport inserts several times over the years, but this last order, still not delivered, will take nearly three weeks to arrive. So I don’t know if this is staffing issue, order processing issue, or just unavoidable inventory problems. In any event it would be nice to have some communication about order difficulties.

I will give them the benefit of the doubt for now as I think they really want to continue the business. But when you have to compete with Amazon, order handling is a priority.

I ordered a nail clipper.
It arrive broken. I sent a photo. I said I wanted a credit & for them to supply a label for return.
They did. I returned it ASAP. Tracking shows they rec'd it over a week ago.
They were slow in crediting me but did credit me.

I just wanted to share this review of a family-owned business called My Foot Shop LLC. I ordered the large metatarsal cushion gel pads for both feet. These gel pads are amazing! They cushion my feet perfectly. Not only was the product amazing, but they were also as advertised. Very easy to order on their website, with fast shipping! Give these folks a try!

I’ve been using My Foot Shop for a few years! I did a lot of research and this company hit all the marks for me. Fast shipping and responses, and a wide range of products that are excellent quality and hold up to daily use. FWIW, most of my needs are metatarsal- and arch-support related (foot and knee issues). I’ll be back, again!
