GWONGFU BEEF MIX INC 广府牛杂

Interesting beef speciality restaurant. The menu is unique. My party of 4 ordered the braised beef Offal Hotpot (eaten along with white rice). The service was overall decent but I felt a bit annoyed that one of the waitress kept low key emphasizing that we should upgrade to the bigger portion and order more rice. Came for brunch so the small size for 4 adults I think we were all satisfied. Tours the end of the meal, I was starting to get tired of the flavoring. Not sure what beef part it was that I avoid eating because it had a strong favor.

They have more simpler items on their menu like noodle, skewers that I think I wouldn't mind trying.

I initially thought the portions would be small, so I ordered some skewers, but I only tried one skewer of tripe. It was crispy and chewy, but I couldn't fit any more in. Their homemade chili sauce was so delicious that I wanted to lick the plate clean—I always found Cantonese offal too greasy before, but this place's savory sauce was just what I wanted!

The food was delicious, with a rich and flavorful broth, perfect for soup lovers. The service was also excellent, making for a very comfortable dining experience.

Gwongfu beef mix is cozy and comfortable spot with a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. It feels welcoming the moment you walk in. My family and I tried the braised beef offal hotpot (large), and it was delicious — tender and flavorful without any gamy taste, which really impressed me. The place does get packed during dinner time, so it’s best to come a little early if you want to avoid the rush. Overall, a great local gem for a hearty and authentic meal!
