I went in on a whim and was totally surprised at the beautiful cut I received. Kathy the stylist was lovely. Asked questions to make sure I was happy! She was great!

I took my 15 year old daughter here today for a haircut. She wanted 4 inches off and a face frame. It was our first time here. The stylist Kathy was great! Friendly and did such a great job. Very happy! Thank you. We will be back.

I moved to Pennsylvania a year ago and found a new salon and hairdresser who I really like but I was unhappy with my last cut. I remembered receiving a text from Kelly way back and reached out to her. I was her client for many years. I found out they were at The Refinery and I made an appointment. It’s an hour and a half drive but sooooo worth it. It was great to see Kelly again and I got a wonderful haircut. She’s always so friendly and professional. Missy your place is beautiful and I wish you the best. I am glad I reconnected with Kelly and will definitely make the trip again

Nicole (and all of the lovely stylists at this salon) are the best of the best. I am just a little biased because look at my hair! Nicole knocks it out of the park every time. This was my first time at Refinery, but I am a long time customer for one of their hair dressers, Kathy. I had an amazing experience with both her and and every employee I encountered. I have been Kathy's client for about 5 years now, and her work is always consistent and incredible, I walk out happy every time I see her. Everyone in the salon was amazingly polite and accommodating, I will continue to return here and refer my friends and family as well, had an absolutely wonderful experience!!

I spoke to Missy, the owner, in person and via email and she was incredibly sweet and welcoming as soon as I walked into the salon. It was extremely easy booking as well as scheduling appointments for the future. It is a very well-kept, clean, open, and happy, calm environment. She and her staff have done an amazing job with their business and I'm excited to see all they do with the salon!
