I've been extremely happy with Hallmark Homecare, I have nothing but good things to say about them. Their home care aide is absolutely great, she's been a lifesaver, I couldn't have found a better person. Apologies for being a bit over the top here but I really do feel very lucky that I connected with Hallmark.
Our family had a positive experience with Phil at Hallmark Homecare. Phil and his staff always provided home health aides that were friendly, caring and easy to work with. The needs of my mom were always Phil’s top priority and any concerns were addressed in a professional manner.
I highly reccommend calling Phil for your Homecare needs.
Used Hallmark for home aides for my dad and stepmom. Was very pleased that Phil worked hard to make good matches for their needs. Both aides were lovely women, hard workers, and genuinely cared about their work and clients. I highly recommend Hallmark if you’re looking for help.
I highly recommend Philip Herron.
Phil listened to the needs of our family and gave so much of his time and effort to provide care for both of our elderly parents.
He was compassionate and was always available to answer any questions we had.
This having been our first exposure to dealing with not just one but two elderly parent, we were quite overwhelmed. Phil helped guide and navigate us through some difficult decisions and considering our concerns gave much needed guidance.
Phil is always kind and professional .
We have had a good experience and we have full confidence in him .
I wanted to say a few words to recommend Phil and Hallmark Homecare. This was my first experience with home care of any kind. I live in California and my widowed Dad lives on Long Island, so it is always challenging to deal with issues related to him. To set up Dad's in-home care, Phil and I spent (literally) hours on the phone before involving Dad (who was in rehab from a fall) and then Phil went to see Dad personally and we all talked for a very long time, determining the best situation for his care. We were able to set Dad up with a reliable, professional, and caring aide, with whom he is very satisfied. My life is easier knowing Dad is being well cared-for. Phil checks in on Dad as well, and I consider him an essential part of Dad's Long-Island based care team. Phil cares about his clients, I can personally attest to that, and I can recommend his agency.
