Definitely a 10 out of 10 & I have been referring people to TDC for years. Thank you for your very professionalism & the exceptional care from all the staff. I was very anxious because I was getting a root canal, it was anxiety I didn’t need to experience. I left feeling much better than when I got there. Thank you so much to all the staff.
I have had two appointments with Olenka S and I must say she is by far the best hygienist I have ever had. I have had many cleanings in my life, enjoyed none, until Olenka. She was thorough and made me feel comfortable with the professional way she did the cleanings. I can truthfully say I look forward to my next appointment. Thank you Olenka.
I went to Total Dental Care, In Middle Island for the first time today. I was very happy with the whole experience. Angela was my hygienist and she was very pleasant and explained everything to me that I needed to know. She was totally professional and did a great job on cleaning my teeth. Also, I met the dentist that was recommended to me by my son, Dr Golub. He was very pleasant and seemed extremely knowledgeable. I do need work on one tooth and he explained what needs to be done and gave me options. I feel that I have total trust in him to do the work.
So far, I’m extremely satisfied with Total Dental Care in Middle Island.
I’ve been going to this dental office for six years and generally had a good experience with the doctor and hygienists. Recently, I agreed to a deep cleaning that wasn't covered by my insurance. What I didn't know is that this would change the cost of my future regular cleanings. They only informed me *after* my next routine cleaning that I would now be charged a co-pay for every regular cleaning going forward, apparently because I became an 'orthodontic patient' after the deep cleaning, and they now use a different billing code for the *exact same* procedure. This was never mentioned, not even in passing, beforehand, and it felt unexpected and not transparent. Because of this, I’ve decided to switch to another dentist. Just a heads-up if you’re considering them: make sure you’re fully aware of any extra costs that might be added later.
