Great place for some time in nature learning about the history of the place. Has a fabulous self-guided interpretive walk.

A very nice place for a nature walk! In a bit of a valley so it's quieter. Don't go looking for bathrooms, the area is QUITE undeveloped and that makes it a nice walk.

Beautiful grounds and amazing to think it was once a sprawling estate to a very wealthy man. Take your time to stroll the grounds and read each marker as it depicts where structures once stood. When finished, make sure you sign the guestbook at the map shed, lift the bottom cover. Beautiful place!

Really lovely area!!! I had no idea this area existed so close to where I live! A great natural resource for short hikes in a fairly residential, busy neighborhood.

Beautiful natural area with well-maintained trails. As a tourist, I thought I would be able to see more of the house and landscape. Unfortunately most of it is covered over so just think of it as a nature preserve more than historic landscape/architecture.
