Love this outdoor good shop!! They’ve got great quality gear and everything you need for some hiking, biking, birdwatching, rock climbing and more for the Gunks. Awesome selection of stuff. Definitely make the stop in!
Stopped in on my way back home from Minnewaska today. Terrific well edited selection of outdoor gear and a very welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Beautifully displayed merch and super nice wood paneling throughout the store. Neat and well organized. Picked up some trail runners by Salomon and a winter cycling jacket by Craft. Very pleased with my purchase.
We recently stopped by Pitch Pine Outfitters just to browse, and we were really impressed! This store has a fantastic selection of outdoor and hiking gear, with a strong focus on local and handmade products. It’s always nice to see a shop that supports local makers and offers unique, high-quality items you won’t find in big-box stores.
Even though we didn’t need anything this time, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They didn’t pressure us to buy anything and were happy to chat, which made for a really enjoyable visit. The layout of the store is well-organized, making it easy to explore all the different gear and products.
Another big plus is the parking—there’s plenty of it, so you don’t have to worry about finding a spot. It’s great to have a store like this in our area, and we’ll definitely be back when we’re in need of outdoor gear or just want to support a great local business!
Visited the store yesterday. The place is amazing! I picked up a new pair of trail running shoes, LA SPORTIVA. I tried them out this morning on a 2 mile run. They were better than I could have imagined. The service and knowledge of the employees was fantastic. If you like to be outdoors, hiking, biking, camping you should stop in. They also have a great selection of active clothing. I can’t wait to go back
