The best dental experience I have ever had. Very professional, state of the art technology and very compassionate. High recommend Dr. Leon James and his staff.
One of my teeth became chipped. I called Dr. James' office in the morning, and I was able to be seen that afternoon. Dr. James filed down the tooth so that it no longer irritated my cheek. The process was swift, the doctor very competent, and I was on my way in a matter of minutes. The staff members are always courteous and personable and professional. The office is very clean and very modern. I had come to the office previously for cleaning and routine care, and this was the first time I needed emergency care. I recommend this dentist highly and without reservation.
Dr. James is a great dentist, additionally the dental hygiene staff is top notch. Just was seen by Bri today and she is so nice and did a great cleaning. Highly recommend this practice if you are seeking quality dental care.
The office smells nice, like wax melts, not like disinfectant. The staff is so nice and so friendly. I had a nice chat with his assistant Shayla. He introduced himself to me by his first name, that’s a first. Dr. James is a very nice, personable man. I’m actually excited and look forward to being treated in his office. He also said he didn’t think I would need sedation, he thought I’d be fine without it. That’s first!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. James and the staff. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The staff is friendly, professional, and always takes the time to explain each step of the process so I know exactly what to expect.
Dr. James is thorough, detail-oriented, and truly cares about patient comfort and long-term dental health. I especially appreciate how he takes the time to answer questions and provide options without pressure.
The office itself is clean, modern, and very well organized. I never feel rushed, and I always leave knowing my teeth are in excellent hands.
