Dutchess County Dental

After researching a lot of dental offices in the area, my fiancé and I went to Dutchess County Dental today and were very appreciative of the care provided. The hygienist, Ester, was fantastic and even came by at my fiancé's request to go over what care they were suggesting for him and expected costs. Everyone was very professional and concise in their explanations of what was being done and made sure to ask if we had questions between every step of the process.

I've been to many dental offices for many different reasons but this one is by far in experience and service superior. All staff from the beginning of the appointment were dedicated professionals and I am excited ro have a phenomenal result! The hygienist is probably the best I've had thusfar. Super knowledgeable and the care not just service was second to none. A must visit.

I called Easter Sunday leaving a message on the voicemail & got a call first thing Monday morning from Natalie. She was kind attentive and so accommodating. I came in first thing Friday morning after being on antibiotics ordered by a local urgent care but not feeling much better.

Dr. Bonelli was amazing. He took his time explaining all cases scenarios. Indeed it was the worst case scenario but Dr. Bonelli assured everything would be ok. They attempted to get me in when another office today as their own surgeons were not in any of their offices today.
Let me just say I decided I would wait until Tuesday so I may be taken care of by the County Dental periodontist.

I wanted to update my review. I had the please of being treated by Dr. Shah. She was kind polite gentle & give me everything I needed to get through the surgical procedure and all the post op care. Thank you to entire staff for your accommodating kind thoughtful care.

Had a dental emergency and walked in and was able to be seen that same day. I have since had all my dental work done here and every single person I have worked with has been amazing. From the warm and professional greeting at reception to the professionalism of all the staff in the back I have worked with, I would highly recommend.
