I highly recommend Dr. Root for anyone seeking a primary care provider. She has an amazing bedside manner and makes me feel comfortable discussing any health issues. It is clear that she genuinely cares about her patients' well-being.(Zhong)
Never in my life have I been admitted to doctor’s appointment within a minute of arriving. There’s always a first time, I guess. I was greeted by a staff that made me feel important from the moment I stepped inside. Plus two in my book.
Three more stars because Dr. Root took the time to discuss my medical history and future without ever making me feel rushed. She listened without distraction, and she allowed me to be a part of the process for my treatment. It seems like that should be the standard, but in a world where everyone’s time feels more important than your own Dr. Root assured me that my input is valuable and appreciated.
Dr Root is very courteous and very thorough and takes her time explaining and answering any concerns. I highly recommend her. Her staff is very pleasant as well.
