Just want to say thank you Dr. Jay for helping my husband with his varicocele problem. We now have two beautiful babies after his procedure. Can’t thank you enough for making our lives better.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Jason Krumholtz for a few months now and have had a very positive experience. He seems caring, and takes the time to listen, a refreshing change from other doctors in the area who rush through appointments. So far, I’ve felt well cared for and plan to continue seeing him. The only downside is the prescription refill system, it’s time-consuming and relies on voicemail, which can be frustrating. While it has worked for me in the past, the process could definitely use an update. Cutting out live phone staff and using automated push button system may save money, but it does hurt the overall patient experience. I was under Dr. Krumhotz's care for several years. I found him very pleasant and he always answered all my questions. He helped me thru some bad times.
