His nurse and staff need to be accountable for their mistakes. His nurse gave my husband a paper in which she wrote notes for him on the time he had to take his meds for the before, day of and day after his biopsy. She also wrote notes in abbreviation like my husband works at a medical facility. She tells him that someone will be calling him with the time and place for his biopsy. The day of the biopsy we had to get there early because he never got a call. We tried calling the day before...all we got was the voice message that applied to labor day. I go to the front desk to find out that my husband was not and never was on the list for the biopsy.
First thing the manager at front desk asked was ...where did I get the paper I had in my hand. I asked why? She said that paper should have never left this office. I told her the nurse never told him he had to stop at the front desk or that he needed to see the patient service coordinator. Thank you God for the sweet patient service coordinator Yahaira that took care of us once we explained what had happened. She was very patient and explained everything step by step on my husband's procedure. What he will need to do before and after. She made sure he was on the schedule for the next biopsy. We are still waiting for Dr. Goldfisher to call us with an apology on the mess and negligence his nurse did.

Dr. Goldfischer has been nothing but kind and professional when dealing with my case. He's been actively helping me for two months now. I'm extremely satisfied with his skills, patience and have no problems getting appointments.

I trust him, he is very good. I had a pain for an entire year .I went from one doctor after the other complaining about a pain. One doctor even told me to meditate and it will go away. I finally discovered Dr. Goldfischer and within five minutes of my first visit he ordered a CAT SCAN. which showed a HUGE stone that was blocking me. He scheduled surgery and took care of it .

A superlative physician - he takes the time to listen and is truly interested in your well being. I highly recommend him although because he is so good that it does take months to get an appointment. His office staff is very helpful and quite lovely 😉

It isn't easy to hear you have a tumor..but if you must, I hope you hear those words from a doctor as caring as Dr. Goldfisher. He helped me through a tricky time as my daughter's due date and my surgery overlapped. It was also fortunate that my family doctor got me under Dr. Goldfisher's care immediately.
