I won't write about the stunning chandelier fixtures they sell or their quality - you can see that when you visit their showroom. I'll just share my personal story about their customer service, which goes far beyond just purchasing a product. And I cannot speak highly enough about their outstanding customer service and integrity.

Three years ago I purchased a beautiful chandelier. When I first experienced an issue with the fixture, they repaired it free of charge. Recently, when another problem occurred, I honestly hesitated to reach out since it had been three years since my purchase. I thought there was no way they would help me at this point.

But when I asked them, they told me: "Don't worry, if the problem is from our side, we're going to take care of it - no extra charge." And they absolutely did! Not only did they repair it, but they even offered to come to my house to remove and reinstall the fixture.
