We recently bought a refrigerator from them and were very pleased with the service. Their website had a great selection, so we didn’t need to travel to their showroom, they were very responsive over the phone, and they gave us a great price, lower than anywhere else. The fridge had a delivery estimate of 7-10 days, but when we told them we needed it asap since ours was quickly dying, they somehow managed to get it delivered in 3 days!!

From start to finish, our experience with S&W was wonderful. We visited the showroom twice and Shulem was a great help each time. When we finally chose a gas range, the quote came quickly and was reasonable & fair. Delivery was set up for the very same week and the two gentlemen that delivered were communicative (we are hard to find!) and arrived at the start of the estimated window (wonderful timing!). They were quick, yet thorough, and were very courteous and kind. Thank you, S&W!

We had found a refrigerator that we liked at a great price that was available at one of the large chain stores nearby. The problem was the width -- it would not fit through the doorway without removing the refrigerator doors and they would not be willing to do that. I took the info to S&W and they sold me the same refrigerator at the exact same price and told me that their delivery people would be happy to remove the door for a small fee to make the delivery possible. I was very happy with both the sales people and the delivery staff.
