Highland Medical Orangetown Family Practice

Highland Medical Orangetown Family Practice is outstanding, and I especially want to highlight Dr. Ibelli. He is truly fantastic — he listens carefully, takes his time, and views the patient as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms. I always feel like he genuinely cares, which makes such a difference.

I am especially grateful that he was able to identify and address a condition that had previously been dismissed elsewhere. His thoroughness and compassion gave me real peace of mind, and I cannot thank him enough.

I highly recommend Dr. Ibelli and this practice to anyone looking for a doctor who combines skill with empathy.

great doctors but be ready to wait - I almost always wait 30-45 minutes, one time I waited two hours. considering finding another practice because it’s so impractical

Front-desk reps. are very nice. Short wait times with clean waiting room. The support staff and Dr. Jacob are fantastic.

The Doctors here are fantastic. I see complaints about office staff issues. I have had no major issues and find them very helpful. It may take a while but the staff is busy and the doctors here are very much in demand. Some may not appear overly friendly but still helpful if you watch them they are non stop with the phone calls and patients. So i definitely give them some slack.

Dr. Ibelli is an incredible family physician. Very thorough and attentive. His decisions seem to always be on the money, where my well being is concerned . The office staff are all wonderful people and very pleasant to interact with. An exceedingly well managed medical office. I couldn’t imagine bringing my maladies anywhere else. I highly recommend this practice.
