At Hillside Polymedic, the staff is welcoming, caring and up-lifting. During my visits, Dr Rivera and Elizabeth treat me with great kindness and positivity that always brings me back and allows me to leave happier than I came. I have been coming to this establishment for years. They have upgraded. Wesley the medical technician/assistant is phenomenal. Nice guy always smiling and makes you feel comfortable. You can see that he has a lot of experience. Most people don't like their jobs but you can tell that he embraces his position. He is always smiling and talks to you as if you are a member of his family. He even helps at the front desk. He doesn't waste time makes your appointments and gets you out fast. He deserves a raise because he makes the experience at the doctors bearable. What I like about this office is that they have all the doctors you need and specialists in one building. I have no issues with any of the doctors I've seen here.
