Coach Jeannie is the epitome of strength, kindness, and creating a safe space for ALL bodies to push their limits and improve their physical and mental health! I look forward to taking her classes and travel all the way from East New York so I can train at HYPE!

I have been struggling with my weight and my insecurities because of my weight for my entire life. I’ve never been able to just go into a gym and workout on my own, mostly because I didn’t know what to do and because I was embarrassed.
About 5 months ago I decided to step out of my comfort zone and give something new a try. It was the beginning of a whole new life for myself! The workouts are amazing and make me stronger and more fit than I’ve ever been.
Jeanie is the absolute best coach, she makes you feel good about yourself, pushes you and supports you in every single way. The other members at Hype Fitness feel like family, everyone supports each other and it is such a huge factor in my success here!

She is knowledgable, caring and beyond hard working. After each workout I feel amazing and I look forward to the next! The environment and community are warm.
