Mike and Tony are absolutely amazing! I wouldn’t even think of using another mechanic with the service they give us. We have a fleet of almost 10 vehicles, and having a vehicle down can cost us a lot of money, if we come in in the morning and there is a small problem, we know we can run right over there and they’re going to take care of it immediately.
I can’t believe I finally found a Honest Mechanic shop!!!! I used to deal with a Blue and Gold color shop not to mention a name that told me that my daughter’s car needed a new engine!!! All it needed was the Heat shield on the Catalytic Converter to be tightened!!! Mike told me to bring it in for a look at and he agreed with me that the noise was the Heat Shield and he tightened it up for NO CHARGE!!!Hey Long Island, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Islandwide Auto and Truck Repair for all your needs!!! After buying our first RV we were worried about finding the right mechanic. I came across Island wide auto and truck repair and decided to try them after reading the many great reviews. So happy- not only is it close but they were great. Erica was so friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions and listened to our concerns. It’s so important to have a mechanic you can trust and we definitely feel lucky that we found the team at Islandwide. Would recommend them for sure.
So whenever you deal with auto mechanics, you’ll find either someone that does good work but not very personable or you’ll find personable, but doesn’t do good work. Sometimes you’ll just find somebody who is just all out expensive and has neither of the other 2 skillsets…
Well, this does not apply to Islandwide. Not only are they very knowledgeable, but they’re very quick and the people that work there are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met including Mike and Erica S. M. They are pricing is very fair. Their service is exceptional and the quality of work is like none I’ve ever seen. I live out in Long Beach and I might even make the trip all the way out to Bohemia just because they are that good and that rare when it comes to auto vehicle repair. A+++
