My car has never looked better! Gaynor Brothers took the time to thoroughly deep clean and detail my vehicle as if it was their own. I had my parking garage park my car underneath a leaky pipe that stained my trunk. I took my car to Gaynor Brothers to get the stains on my trunk removed and asked for a ceramic coating on my car to help with car care. The Gaynor brothers were not only attentive, and super helpful but also did a fantastic job with my vehicle. Their attention to detail is immaculate, and I could not foresee taking any of my cars anywhere else to get detailed.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding and the communication was even better. Joe kept me updated every step of the way so I always knew what was happening with my car. The work itself was phenomenal—true attention to detail that made my car look better than the day I picked it up from the dealer. I had the front end protected with PPF and the entire car ceramic coated. What really impressed me was the follow-up after I got my car back to make sure I was completely satisfied and to let me know I could reach out with any questions or concerns. That extra level of care goes a long way. Chris and Joe made my black Chevy 2500 Silverado look better than when I picked it up from the dealership!!! They cleaned and did a full paint correction. They got all of my scratches out including the swirl marks from the dealership putting through a car wash. Finally, they applied a 5-year coating on my truck. They sent me tons of photos as they worked on my vehicle keeping me in the loop at all times. I’m so happy that I decided to deal with the GAYNOR Brothers. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their car or truck looking better than new!
