I highly recommend Jeffrey and his team. I recently sold my home and he guided us through every step of the process beginning with visiting our town building department to get records of our home’s history and advising us on what we could do ahead of time to ensure a smooth sale. He helped us stage a few rooms that needed that extra “wow” factor, and the video and listing he created to show off our home was amazing!! He held two open houses where we received 7 offers, and advised us on which offer would be in our best interest.
