The first was a 268 acre farm in the Hudson Valley. Adam was the only broker with a 4 wheel drive vehicle to take buyers around the property. Previous brokers had tried walking buyers over the steep hills covered with “meadow muffins” left by over 100 head of grazing cattle. Adam comfortably drove his clients all over the property showing off the views and the potentials. He worked hard on publicizing the property and never lost his enthusiasm or attention to the sale.
