I recently entered the rental market to look for an apartment. Elaine Brower was my agent and helped me secure a beautiful apartment in Centerport on the harbor. Why I was motivated to write this review was not necessarily because of a transaction, but the experience I had throughout. Its the first time I entered the rental market in a couple of decades so I was a little unsure of process, expectations, etc. Elaine held my hand throughout, was in constant contact with me, provided guidance and direction, and was an absolute pleasure! Well after the transaction, Elaine continued to follow up to make sure little things in the apartment were addressed, and ensured my experience was top notch. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Elaine, I would highly recommend working with her. She is phenomenal!
