The location is great with easy access to the lake. Just a short walk down the trail will bring you to the "beach" area, which has plenty of space for groups of all sizes and clear lake access and shade. The only downside is the limited parking spaces available unless you park off the side of the entrance road.

Lake Sebago boat launch is a nice place to enjoy nature and the water 🌊. The site is clean and well maintained, with ample parking and picnic tables. I visited on a rainy day and it was still beautiful.
The only downside is that there is only one portable bathroom onsite, which was not very clean. Also, swimming is not allowed in the lake. But if you are looking for a relaxing and scenic spot to launch your boat, this is a good option.
One thing to note is that when you try to come there are two yellow barriers and you might think that there is no parking, but that's not true. Just go through the barriers and you will find the parking lot.
Also, there is a hiking trail across the street if you want to explore more of the area.
Plenty of parking when we arrived at 1pm on Sunday of spring break. Used this as the parking area to start the 7 Hills Trail to Pine Meadow Lake Very nice easy hike and peaceful bliss. Lake is calm and smooth as glass with little wind.
Used this parking lot for some nearby trails. There's a Porta potty and I posted a picture of the boat launch conditions. I'll be back here with my inflatable kayak
