I have had the opportunity to work with Debra Kruper in this office. I live in another state, and Debra handled the estate of a relative who resided and passed in New York state. There was no will to be found.
Debra worked tirelessly with the courts, bondsman, banks, investment companies and finally an accountant. She spent countless hours on the phone with ComputerShare trying to get them to cooperate.
Without the expertise and patience of this knowledgeable and compassionate woman, I don't know what I would have done.

I have been watching Ann Margaret Carrozza for years. I went to her seminars, and some Zoom sessions on Asset Protections when they were available. I also caught many of her informative videos on You Tube and other sources. These seminars and videos help me prepare my questions to Ann. Based on her answers she guided my family and customized the right specifics to be entered into the legal instruments. She customized a Living Will, Health Care Proxy, Power of Attorney, and a Family Trust for my family. She explained the benefits of the trust and how all the other legal instruments would benefit my family in the future and protect the assets for the family. As life circumstances changes, there will be potential adjustments needed to the legal instruments she created. I look forward for her guidance and expertise to help my family navigate the legal instruments that will protect my family’s assets. I also look forward to do the same things for my future older self in the very near Future. I used her years of experience to benefit my future and kids Future. Thank you ANN MARGARET. I can not say enough ( as an attorney and client)about Ann and her staff. I just met with her to again update issues regarding my 91 year old mother in assisted living. Her office did the original estate/elder planning ( trust, Medicaid, etc) several years ago which protected the family's assets and allows us to now care for her.
