I was very scared when I walked out of the prosecutors office because I have CDL and they said I’m have to go for a trial because I have CDL and the federal line doesn’t require them to lower my ticket and I spoke to Natasha and she totally changed my game by explaining to me how the system works and how the system is helping me, but not penalize me which actually calm me down. Natasha made a difficult situation easy to deal with. I was an out of state seller and the situation was compounded by the buyer suddenly requesting to move up the closing date. She worked extremely hard to meet the new closing date, taking care of all the necessary details, overnighting documents, keeping me informed via email, phone, and text, and reassuring me that we would not lose the buyer.
