I cannot say enough wonderful things about Legacy Pet Crematory. Losing a beloved companion is incredibly difficult, but the kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion shown by this team made an unbearable moment a little easier to navigate.
From the moment I contacted them, they treated my pet with the same dignity and respect you’d expect for any cherished family member. They explained each step clearly, answered every question with patience, and ensured I felt supported throughout the entire process.
The facility is peaceful and beautifully maintained, and I truly appreciated the care taken in handling my pet’s remains. I can’t say enough about how great Legacy Pet was when we brought our beloved pet, Finn, to them. Everyone there was so compassionate and understanding during our family’s loss (especially Ann). From beginning to end, they treated us and Finn with such kindness and respect. When we picked up Finn’s remains, the care Ann showed meant so much to us.
Ann who is at the front desk was incredible, Legacy Pet is lucky to have Ann as part of their team. Highly recommended!

Ann was great! Our beautiful Vinny passed and we were heartbroken. 💔 She was warm and caring all the way through the phone calls to the actual dropping off of our baby dog. The place is absolutely beautiful and super clean. They had such lovely containers for ashes. My son and I each got a necklace and Ann even filled them and we left with them on our necks. It gave me a warm feeling in a crappy time and I would highly recommend. They are super professional! They even came out to the car to grab our baby. Thank you Legacy and especially Ann!
