If I could give 100 stars I would! Danielle (manager) Brandon (sales) and Paul (service) Provided extraordinary service! They made what I thought was going to be a very stressful and super expensive day quite the opposite. They provided personal attention, reviewed every option with me, and we came out with a better option than I ever could’ve imagined. I haven’t stopped telling people about it because I was just so impressed never felt pressured, lied to, or like I was being taken advantage of. I left the same day with a brand new truck that was more beautiful than I could’ve imagined that I would’ve left there with! I can’t say enough wonderful things about them and I would recommend them to everyone and anyone!!! I recently purchased a Ford Bronco from Leo Kaytes Ford and had a wonderful experience. I instantly fell in love with the car when I visited the branch and Brandon was the salesperson who helped me secure the vehicle. He was very friendly and responsive throughout the entire process. I test drove the car and within a week I was driving off the lot with it. The entire process was a breeze and the staff at Leo Kaytes was so friendly and like a family. They also had an African Grey parrot in the center of the room which made it an even more enjoyable experience. Thank you Brandon and the staff for the wonderful Bronco, I am truly so happy each day I drive it and always take a little time to look back at it when I park. Thanks again!
Visited Leo Kaytes Ford to look at a used car for my son. I found a 2020 Hyundai Tuscon that was well priced for a used vehicle. I came in and spoke with Jeff Werntz, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. He took me on a test drive, the car was immaculate, he was very knowledgable about the features of the car and was very personable with my son, making him feel comfortable for his first car buying experience. We put a deposit down, went back the following weekend and the process was smooth, with no pressure or hassle to upcharge or upsell me on anything. Honestly, a super smooth car buying experience and I would highly recommend coming here if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle. Everyone was extremely friendly and there was no pressure to buy. I wish all dealerships were run this way.
Excellent dealer for service. I tried 4 times to schedule my recall on F350 at Healy Truck center. Would not accommodate me. Told me to wait until Ford sent postcard years later. Leo Kaytes scheduled next day and sent a valet to pick up truck. Did the service. Valet back. They’ll have my business from now on.
