I had an excellent experience with Jill. She came to my house and treated my daughter and unexpectedly, me. She was extremely knowledgeable and gave me lots of helpful information about how to handle having lice. She came back and checked us again (all included in the price) and even did cute little extras like “fairy hair” for my daughter. The peace of mind was priceless. So grateful she does this work.

The salon is so upscale and clean, the scheduling process was a breeze, and the technician, Clara was absolutely wonderful - she was so thorough and professional, calming and soothing. We appreciate all the special touches offered for those who are waiting - snacks and beverages for everyone and activities for the kids receiving a treatment. Overall, we entered Liceout911 in a state of panic and left feeling calm, safe and happy. If I could give more stars, I would give an additional 100!!!

We were so happy with the service that LiceOut911 provided. I was running a summer camp in CT and needed someone to check all the participants and treat those with lice. Jill came to the site, which was perfect. The team took care of the two people with lice and was very sensitive and kind to the kids, which was an added bonus, since having lice can be traumatic for a young person. I will definitely be hiring Jill and her team to come out to my camps from now on!

If you have to deal with head lice, this is the place to go! Jill Bazos has created a relaxing and fun atmosphere for kids where you can almost forget why you are there. But nevertheless, you are there for head lice and I found her technicians highly trained, and meticulous with the treatment. They even educate their clients on lice prevention and products. I was confident that my family was in good hands and I highly recommend Jill and her treatment center.

Jill is fantastic! She made a very stressful situation for my daughter and I as pleasant as it could be. We came to her by a recommendation from my Sister In Law, and I was so happy with the results. Jill really takes the time to do a thorough job and explains the ins and outs of Lice prevention. In our experience it only took the one visit to remove everything, but the comfort of knowing we could come back within 30 days for a recheck was so reassuring. The place is warm and really puts children at ease as soon as their mom stops freaking out. THANKS A MILLION JILL!!!!!!
