Placed an order with this company and did not receive any order updates at all. I called the number listed on the living juice website and left a detailed voicemail and sent a detailed email requesting an order status update. There has been absolutely NO FOLLOW UP from this company and the lack of customer service is a clear reflection of the brand. It has been well over a week since my order was placed and my card has been charged but the company has not sent an order update email or even processed this order. New customers, please carefully consider your other juice options before ordering from this brand (living juice).
Update: Someone from customer service reached out to make sure my order was shipped out to be delivered within one day.
