The people at the Joseph Mercado State Farm branch are amazing people to work with. They make State Farm look so good and they're the reason why I'm loyal to State Farm. In the past year, I've had to submit a couple claims - one of which was very intense and involved a lot of phone calls with State Farm. However, this team was superb the entire way through. They were always kind, patient, and very pleasant no matter the day. I do believe they genuinely care about the people they assist daily. Shoutout to Madelyn, Serenity, Julio, and of course - Joe himself. You guys are great :)
My husband and I came over from GEICO to State Farm and it was the best decision we have ever made. Joe Mercado and his team are amazing, there are always there to help me and my family with any needs what so ever anytime.
