I wouldn’t invest in the membership. They are closed all the time — so when your car is its saltiest/dirtiest, you can’t depend on them to be open. They simply set their machines to out of order and leave you high dry. This happened to me three separate times within the same month.
And when I canceled my service, there was no inquiry about what I was dissatisfied with — and as a business owner, that is sort of a red flag.
The washes are fine, nothing particularly special — except the machine dryer doesn’t give you enough time, so your vehicle ends up drying all streaky.
Finally decided to get my car detailed after I saw the results of my roommates' car, and needless to say, I was impressed for a second time. From the exterior to the interior's nooks and crannies, my car looked and smelled like when I first bought it at the dealership!
On a side note, they do charge extra for the full detail based on how dirty your car is, and you know what, that's totally fair because there was plenty of dirt, grime, and crumbs over the course of the eight years that I owned the car ( I know, shame on me for letting it get that bad...).
Overall, highly recommend this place for your detailing needs!
