Best Collision repair ever. They cleaned up the car and did extra things such as made the headlight globes clear again! Car looks like new, inside and out. Highly recommended and I am a very satisfied customer. Hope I don't need a collision service again, but if I do, I am going to Hudson View Auto Body. Absolutely no complaints.

Oh my gosh, but this shop was awesome!!! I brought my truck here initially because my insurance company had Hudson View as one of their preferred repair shops. I had planned on just getting the estimate there.

After meeting with the people who greeted me in the office, and then speaking with Louis about the truck, I just felt that it was the way to go to leave the truck with them. It was a Thursday and I was told that they figured it would be done by the end of the following week.

True to their word, my truck was ready the following Friday! And it looks BEAUTIFUL!!! I had hit a deer and had significant damage to the front end. One would never know it today! Not only did they do the body work, they did the mechanical work as well, AND, they detailed my entire truck!!! I mean, inside and out! My truck is a farm truck...so it's significantly 'lived in...' and it's a Suburban, so a lot to clean...

I could not stop smiling when I picked up my truck.

In addition, I had a rental car through my insurance...Hudson View has a relationship with the rental place, so the rental company brought the car to me at the shop, and, when my truck was ready to be picked up, I just brought the rental car right to Hudson View. No one else had to be inconvenienced bringing me to/from a rental place.

The communication from Hudson View was fantastic as well. Louis and Natasha are so friendly, helpful and open. They called when they said they would and made sure I knew what was happening.

I had the best experience from the beginning to end! The front desk ladies are so sweet and take good care of you. My car was done in a week and they even detailed my car inside and out, which I really appreciate!! My car needed it so bad and I felt like I picked up a brand new car. Thank you to the whole team again sososo much! I’m so happy my car and the experience I had.

I am over the moon with how phenomenal of an experience I have had here. My car was hit pretty bad (everyone involved is okay!!!) but my door was pretty messed up. I have never been through this process, so Tashia assured me they would make it as easy as possible for me; and that certainly was the case! I am eternally grateful for how promptly my car was repaired, how my little old car looks BRAND NEW, and the little goodies after the fact made this an above and beyond experience. I cannot recommend Hudson View enough. I knew nothing about them to begin with, and left with a big smile and recommending them to everyone I have interacted with since I walked out! Thank you to all the staff for taking such good care of me and my car, as well as being so incredibly sweet, patient, and helpful with my (many) phone calls with questions! Truly an amazing place that I will be returning to!

So happy with the service I received! Not only did they help me out quickly but they did it with so much kindness and good humor. Work was done quickly, priced fairly, and great communication start to finish. Helped me when AAA canceled my tow and refused to help me. Thank you SO much.
