Our building switched over to Lovett Realty at the beginning of 2025.

Lovett offers a very good online payment portal and an organized document system for both free and paid building information.

The property manager for my building, Steven Greenbaum, and assistant property manager, Valery Lipari, have been with our building for decades and oversaw the transfer from an honestly awful firm to this one.

Valery does a very good job reviewing apartment change requests and in balancing resident needs with the building’s physical and financial safety standards. It’s clear she takes the responsibility seriously and works to keep the process smooth and fair.

I’ve also had dealings on a couple of occasions with the Camilo Ibanez, the Assistant Controller - I was extremely impressed with his expertise and patience.

Our property manager, John Kung, is the best. He is helpful and knowledgeable about what needs to be done for our condo. You can rely on him to tackle any situation that may occur.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Angie Avitabile at Lovett, in relation to the lease of my apartment at the building. While I regularly receive emails from Angie, keeping all residents up to speed with things happening at the building, this was a more extensive interaction involving a new tenant. I am sure there were several people involved in the process, such as Deirdre, and my sincere thanks to them as well, but Angie was my main point of contact and she handled everything so efficiently, she made the behind the scenes interactions appear seamless. I believe Angie has taken over the responsibilities previously held by Christine, who I thought would be irreplaceable, but Angie is doing an amazing job filling her shoes. Thank you, Angie, for always being there to help. You are an asset to Lovett and to the building residents and I look forward to our continued interactions in the future.
