i love there food and the service but the atmosphere need an upgrade

I usually don’t post negative reviews (anyone can do that). However, today my daughter entered the restaurant to order food. The young fellow took her order after he completed taking a telephone order. My daughter’s order was ultimately incorrect. Okay, it happens but what was unacceptable was the youngsters altitude when my daughter pointed out the error. The youngster insisted that he put in the order correctly, shouting at my daughter. I’ve experienced the young folks in this restaurant behaving as though they’d rather not have to work in the restaurant. Guess they don’t value the family business.

So I keep this place in the three stars the food was good but the workers were rude on the phone and I was telling them my address I accidentally said it backwards and they start getting mad and saying what the hell and when we called me to come and pick up the guy was all the way down the street so I had to walk to him but he couldn't just come in the room the doorbell they also forgot to give me a fork in napkin so

I was really craving general tso chicken today and Lucky did not disappoint. The chicken is tender. The fries is crispy. Like I’m typing this, and I’m bussing my food DOWN rn. That’s how good it is. The only “bad” thing is, my broccoli is dry and they didn’t give me any ketchup. So make sure to tell ‘em to sauce up your broccoli and give you ketchup on the side 👍🏽👍🏽.
