Dan Mandia is taking over the well-established business of Bob Hollingsworth, master painter in the Town of Clinton, who is retiring. Both men are easy to work with and dedicated to producing an excellent paint job. They recently completed our 200+ year old house and we are delighted. The oldest portions of the house required extra care and they were very willing to go the extra mile to make us completely satisfied. In fact Dan took such an interest in our project he worked with me to find the exact right color--although it took him extra time and expense. In the end we chose a color he suggested and it is great! We have receive many compliments.

We hired Daniel through a recommendation of our architect. Our project was a small front addition to our 100 year old home. The addition included a new entry, ½ bath and a home office with a wet bar. Adding a new addition to the front of our old home was daunting and it certainly elevated our anxiety. However, Daniel guided us through the entire project from introduction to the last item on the scope of work and made us feel comfortable and confident with every step. We could not be happier with the quality of work from Mandia & Sons. We waited almost 12 years to do this addition and thanks to Daniel, the wait was well worth it. We were most impressed with his commitment to our project and the ease of communication. He and his entire crew of subcontractors were all highly motivated craftsmen with many years of expertise and experience. Every one of them was always extremely thorough with explanations and very attentive to listening to our needs. Daniel has an artist’s eye and made sure every little detail was on point. He is an honest, hardworking, respectful and diligent man. The project went very smoothly and we ultimately ended up with everything we wanted in an outstanding looking addition that fit our budget and aesthetically elevated the look of our house. Our neighbors can't stop complimenting us on the new look of our home. I highly recommend Mandia & Sons and hope to hire them again to build a new home construction project in the future.

We recently engaged Mandia & Son’s Construction to rip out our old roof entirely and install a new one. From our first interaction with Daniel Mandia and throughout the subsequent reviews of other competitive bids for the projects, Daniel presented us with the most comprehensive and competitive proposal. His professional, methodical and customer focused approach made us feel at ease and confident in his ability to manage the project end-to-end and to actually start and complete ripping out the old roof and putting up the brand new one in one single day. And his team did it in one day, as Daniel had committed. Equally important, Daniel took great care to ensure that our property was cleaned up and swept for sharp debris and nails on multiple times before signing off on the project. Since the new roof installation, Daniel has kept in touch to make sure we are fully satisfied. We have had a few heavy rain storms and knock on wood, we have not observed any leakage.
