Working with Debbie has taught me that this is not a diet but a lifestyle change!! I was hesitant about calling her because I had tried every diet but always put the weight back on. I was even working out regularly and not seeing any results. It wasn’t until I finally met with her and she taught me what foods to eat and how to eat them that I finally started to lose weight. She is amazing at what she does and I love that she held me accountable on a daily basis!! I don’t feel bloated anymore, I have so much more energy. I’m so thankful for her!!
