Today we visited for an annual checkup for mom. Elena the optometric technician was amazing. Her attention and focus on her was a step above the normal. There should be more like her. Such a burst of fresh air. Made our day. Thank you Elena. Keep up the great work. God bless.
It was my first time at Metro Optics It was highly recommended by my coworker's I was very excited. I would like to say I had an awesome experience, the only negative thing I would say is I would like to suggest that your organization would consider changing your policy on down payments/deposit's on your frames. I walked out disappointed and without any glasses because of their policy, I understand in the past you may have had customers who may not have fully paid for their glasses. With today's economic climate for the average American family it's hard budgeting and juggling their pay checks, Whose left with deciding what's more important this pay period. Being forced to choose when it comes to spending money. I couldn't afford to pay for the glasses on the day of the appointment. I have insurance that coverd the cost of the frames, but I have to cover the cost of the lenses. I was prepared to leave a deposit but was informed you have to make a full payment before you can place your order. I have a astigmatism and really need glasses. I'm currently wearing a two year old pair of glasses. I would really appreciate if you would take my request in consideration.

I can’t say enough good things about Metro Optics. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for — and that’s not something you find everywhere these days. Lourdes has been absolutely incredible. With a broken arm, I couldn’t even fill out paperwork, and she literally took the time to write everything out for me. She’s been patient, kind, and truly went above and beyond, walking me through every step of the process like a friend.
And then there’s Dr. Jeff Stark — one of the best ophthalmologists I’ve ever met. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing.
