I must indeed give this location five stars. First of all, the receptionist and all the secretaries greet you with a smile, respect and professionalism. Dr. Trounina expresses so much concern for your condition and you feel comfortable speaking with her. The Physical Therapy staff in the back work with excellence and provide the best of their knowledge for your wellbeing. They are very concern and provide support and understanding for your physical needs. This is what one really needs when you are in pain and hurt. Unconditional support.
I have a great time here. They are very professional and make sure you’re well taken care of before you leave their care. Michelle at the front desk is excellent at her job and puts a smile on everyone’s face upon every encounter. I highly recommend this place.
There are many physical therapy offices throughout the 5 boroughs. What distinguishes Interventional as the best is their team. They are professional AND courteous. Their care and kindness is authentic, consistent, and first rate from day one to the day one says goodbye. For me that was a few months. Thank you making a painful and difficult time in my life far better. Special shout out to Michelle; she is joy personified, and sets the positive mood from the moment I walked in. Thanks again!
Interventional physical medicine & Rehabilitation is a great place, The staff is best of the best Michelle & Kiara greets you with the smile the moment you walk into the door, they’re very professional making sure all your needs with appointments are made to fit your schedule, There is also a super bonus to the staff team on which is Evelyn she make sure everything is running smoothly with your worker comp case and she is very soft spoken and professional, I can rave all day about this place with the added cleanliness and great therapists staff that helps you through your therapy session. The doctor is very focus on you and making sure your progress is coming along smoothly, great job team keep up the good work..
