I had a frustrating experience picking up my blood test report. I was told it would be ready last Friday but when I went this Wednesday I waited an hour even after confirming it was ready on the phone. The front desk needs to be more organized. The delay was unacceptable
Dr. Rumana Sabur has been a wonderful doctor for many patients. There is also great patient to doctor communication.

Dr. Sabur has been my Doctor for 21yrs and she is a well educated and established Doctor, who taught new Doctors. To me she is the greatest Dr. In the world.
She is patient, kind, very professional, listens intently, compassionate and make sure that you understand what the problem is, and what methods would be taken for a favorable outcome. I will highly recommend her to anyone who needs an outstanding Doctor. I applaud you Dr. Sabur.
Not recommended. long waiting time. One of the substitute doctors incorrectly told me I had a urinary infection and prescribed antibiotics — later, I found out there was no infection at all. The clinic was not clean, and the some of the staffs were unfriendly and unhelpful. Overall, a disappointing experience.
