I have been going to mindful movement for about a year now, and I love it! The instructors are so supportive and caring and foster a really positive environment. I have seen such a change in my strength and body and credit it to them! I would recommend them for anyone looking to get into reformer Pilates!
I am so glad I found this studio! Tina is patient and thorough and I feel like I'm doing something to really help myself! I'm 71 and want to stay limber and strong and these classes are helping me to do so. I love the smaller group setting because the instructor is never far away and able to make sure I am doing it correctly. Because Pilates is fairly new to me, that's important. Definitely worth the ride from my home in Mattituck!

All my experiences with all the instructors have been positive. It is wonderful being challenged by five different styles of teaching with new challenges frequently being presented.
I appreciate that the instructors are aware of my personal challenges and know how to help me work on improvement. I have been able to clearly see improvement in my skills; I look forward to continuing to enjoy (truly) and benefit greatly from my sessions.
