Amazing place. I compared about 5 martial martial places for my 8-year-old son. Instruction is top notch. It is a great mix of ground work and stand up (it interchanges every week), they start classes with very good overall fitness excercises and spend the rest drilling various techniques. Each child gets a lot of attention from instructors, who are always fun and engaging. I also appreciate that instructors are always available to chat with parents and listen to all feedback .
My ten year old just started attending their classes and it has been one of the best decisions. The classes are great and the instructors are very engaging and attentive. My son always looks forward to his classes. It is the highlight of his day! Thank you so much ALCHEMY for being a safe place for kids to come together not only to learn some cool MMA disciplines, learn team work, and have a sense of camaraderie, but also for being a place that we can call our 2nd Family!
Alchemy is an amazing place! When we first move to Long Island, We were looking for a place where our son could work out and become more active! But boy we soon found out that this place offered him so much more, it quickly became like his second home, He is constantly motivated, inspired to do more and be better. Sensei Nick has built a community where kids from all backgrounds come to fall in love with this sport, the classes are fun, the instructors are knowledgeable and committed to make sure our children have the best experience. I can’t recommend Alchemy enough. This is a place where some of the best childhood memories are made!
This gym is amazing. I believe my grandson would say “This establishment is peak”. I’ve been doing MMA for 57 years and this is the best school I’ve ever attended. I cannot recommend it enough. Go check it out if you are interested in MMA.
Nick and his team have been fantastic with my kids. They’re unique approach to classes keep my kids disciplined and having fun every time they come down.
They can’t get enough of it and if they’re happy, I’m happy. Would highly recommend for anyone in the Three Village area looking to get their kid involved in a new hobby or after school activity.
